1. About Us

Lifestyle Alchemist is a lifestyle brand and holding company based in Pretoria, South Africa. We operate the following brands: Mystery Meal, Alkaline Water, Forest Remedy, and Only Fans. All orders are processed via WhatsApp and collected or delivered within Pretoria.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received or an arrangement has been agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp).

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Lifestyle Alchemist reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: EFT, cash on collection, and any other method confirmed by us in writing.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Pretoria, Gauteng. Delivery to other areas may be arranged at additional cost — please enquire via WhatsApp.

Collection

Collection points are available in Lynnwood and Hatfield, Pretoria. Specific collection addresses are confirmed upon order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Alkaline Water: Delivery within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.
• Mystery Meal: Collection on the first Friday of each month only. Orders close 7 days before collection date.
• Forest Remedy: Delivery within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment.
• Only Fans: Delivery within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment.

Delivery Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been handed over.

4. Cancellation Policy

Alkaline Water

Orders may be cancelled before delivery has been dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer accepted. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Mystery Meal

Due to the nature of food preparation, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the collection date. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.

Forest Remedy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided preparation or dispatch has not yet begun.

Only Fans

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmed payment, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

• Products received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Incorrect items delivered (different from what was ordered).
• Products that do not match the description at time of purchase.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after an order has been prepared or dispatched.
• Mystery Meal orders — due to the perishable nature of food and the mystery concept, refunds are not available once food has been collected.
• Products that have been used, consumed, or damaged after delivery.
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp (079 499 8013) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order details, and a photo of the issue. We will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via EFT within 5–7 business days.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Alkaline Water products are supplied by Designer Water and are SANBWA certified. Forest Remedy products are natural and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

7. Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order (name, contact number, delivery address). This information is used solely for order fulfilment and is not shared with third parties. By placing an order, you consent to us storing and using this information for order processing purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on lifestylealchemist.co.za, including logos, brand names, images and text, is the property of Lifestyle Alchemist. It may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lifestyle Alchemist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
